Identifying miskeying errors

Hi,
I need to compare the same data keyed into two
spreadsheets,ie two columns of numbers,which should be the
same but maybe contain miskeyings, transpositions etc.
Any idea as to the best way, possibly match but I cannot
quite work out how to do that.
Thanks for any ideas.
