IF Field to insert AutoText

Hi,

I am working on this legal document that my client wants automated
with form fields.

I need to create something where if I select a checkbox formfield
button it will insert an AutoText entry.

What options do I have for this? Any help appreciated.

.... they want the form protected so the user can not delete anything.
