I'm still having problems on creating a .exe downloable? pls help!

I'm currently using microsoft frontpage Xp and I'm trying to create a .exe downloadable link on my site, and I'm still trying to figure it out on how to do so. This is my first website that I've made. Does anyone know step by step on how to create a .exe link downloable? Please e-mail me back with full detailed information on how to do so. Thanks

With FP open, File | Import the file into a folder in your web, then create
a link to it on a page, then publish your web.

Your host may disallow uploading of executables, so you may have to check
with them if you have problems publishing.
