You'll need to find your Microsoft Office CD and perform the following.
Follow this procedure to repair your existing Office installation:
1. Open the Add or Remove Programs applet in your Control Panel.
2. Click once on the Microsoft Office entry to highlight.
3. Next, click on the "Change" button.
4. Afterward, select "Reinstall or Repair" and click Next.
5. Your existing Office installation will be repaired and files retained.
