Images are not showing in word

I use MS Word 2003 and the Giff images don't show some times. I try the same
docs on other PCs and it works. I have already tried to reinstall Office 2003
completely. It happens on any file with images in them. The images do show
when I see the doc in print preview. Any ideas

Have you tried the office service packs?

In Tools=>Options=>View in Word see if turning off
[x] Picture Placeholders
helps.

I posted an identical problem yesterday - I will email u if I get an
advice.

Hi

I had a very similar problem and i got this reply from Bob I

"Frequently this is a symptom of having the incorrect video adapter
drivers for your computer. Please install the correct ones for the
system by visiting the laptop manufacturer, motherboard manufacturer, or
video card manufacturers web site an download and install the correct one"

It worked a treat for me

I had the same problem, and this worked for me. I had already installed all
of the service packs, and didn't know what else to do. Thanks for the post!
