slides were created using a previous version (could be 97 or 2003). however,
when slides are opened in 2007, the images became black boxes.
when I tried to update my office2007, the website says my version is up to
date.
would the Office SP1 solve this? how do i check if i have office SP1?

nb: same thing haapens when i use word2007 to open a document that was
created in an earlier version of word.
