Images or borders not showing on document

Great Day

I just got new Dell with Office Small Business 2003.
When I am in Publisher 2003 and I attempt to add an image or a text box
nothing shows up. I can click on the area in question and I know its there
but when I go into "format autoshape" and chose a "line" color or size the
preview does not show up and the text box still has no border. It seems that
the "preview part" of the Publisher is not working.
any help?

Great Day

I fixed it. I went to "Tools>Macro>Security>Trusted Publisher and then choose
"Trust All"
All works fine now. Thanks
