I am currently attempteing to add a shared email account using an IMAP server to several different pc's using Outlook 2002. Each of these pc's have an individual email account already configured on them. Now that the shared email account is configured each time a user accesses the shared account an error message appears that reads"Your IMAP server has closed the connection. This may occur if you have left the connection idel for two long." All of the pc's are connected via a network. The mail accounts work, they send and receive. It is just a issue to have to click ok each time this error message appears. No other action is required other than clicking ok on the message.
