Impact of migrating to new AD domain on Project Server access

Hi,
we are in the process of migrating from one AD domain a new domain.
There is a trust set up between the two domains but at the moment users
who have been migrated to the new domain can't login either via PWA or
Project Professional. I have modified their account details
appropriately but they can't login. We have also been using AD groups
to manage membersip of Project Server groups and access to our
associated SQL Reports and the equivalent groups in the new domain do
not seem to be visible from the Project Server system.
Has anyone else had this issue or know how I can get access working
across the two domains until we have finished the migration from the
old domain to the new domain? this could take a good few months.

*Only* as far as WSS goes

- have you deleted the old user (old AD) completely [both places] and then
re-added the user with the new AD ?

(i.e. have you tried to see if this works with Users before going on to AD
groups ?)

- is the trust two-way ?
