Import Excel Worksheet Missing Data

It is very strange when I used the Data/Import External
Data/Import Data to import an Excel worksheet into the
active sheet, the imported data was missing some column
data past AG. The imported worksheet had about 2500
rows. My Excel version is 2002 sp1.
