import saved contacts.pst

I'd like to import saved pst files now that I've reinstalled Windows98 and
outlook97. I've attempted using the "import personel folder .pst" only to
get an access denied, no permission error message from the oulook assistant
(not!). I set up a new personal profile thinking i'd changed it from the
previous installation. Still no joy. Any ideas?

Check the properties of the file to make sure it isn't set read-only.
