import Website paragraph to Word

I'm writing a letter in Word 2002 (part of Works Suite).
I would like to transfer (without retyping it) a paragraph
I found on a medical-info Website into my letter.
How do I do that?

G'Day Dave,

With Word already open, switch to your browser.
Select and Copy the Web content.

Switch back to Word and Paste.

When I research using the Web, I often copy/paste
hugh sections (including images) to Word as a
"research summary".

Don't forget to acknowledge your Sources.

Some websites will not allow you to select text, but if
yours will select the text use Cntrl-C to copy and Cntrl-
V to paste. Edit paste or Edit paste special are also
good options.
