Importing a Word Document into Publisher

I am using the new 2007 version of Publisher for the first time. In this new
version, every time I import a document into Publisher, it changes the Font
size of the entire document down to 8. Why is it doing this? On my old
version, it never did this.

Is the import document something you did from scratch? Or is it a document you
edited from a template?
Does your printer have resident fonts? Have you looked lately on the
manufacturer's web site for an updated printer driver?

A p.s.
Have you selected all in Word and changed the font size? Instead of importing
from Word, how about right-clicking the text box in Publisher and clicking
change text, text file.
