Importing Address Book - Outlook 2002

When trying load address book in Outlook 2002 on XP Professional, am getting message that I have to install the required translator. When, as requested, I load the XP Disc 1 the installation file - PROPLUS.MSI - it requires is not there. I cannot find this file either on any other installation discs I have. Any ideas????
