Importing Address book with E mail addresses

I own 2 desk top computers and am trying to transfer my e
mail address from the Outlook program on my first
computer to Outlook in the new computer. I have been
unable to do this. Can anyone help me accomplish this.
I have tried transferring with peerless disks through
import and export commands, but I'm missing something.

You cannot access pst files on cd, you have to copy to hd, then ensure read
only flag is off ,before Opening/Importing
