Importing appointments to outlook

I am attempting to import appointments from and excel spreadsheet to
outlook. I can not get the "RequiredAttendees" field to import. I
can export it but when I take the file that I have exported and I
import it all the fields come in except the "RequiredAttendees"

Any suggestions?
