Importing Contacts From Excel

Hello,

I have an address listing in an Excel sheet that I would like to imprt into
my Outlook Contacts.....I get to he "IMPORT a FILE" window where it says
"THE following actions will be performed" but my "NEXT" button is grayed
out....so I cannot go any farther...... I am using office Xp

Did you create a named range in the Excel worksheet for the data? Outlook
version?
