Importing Contacts

Hello,

I attempted to import files from Excel into Outlook
contacts.....unfortunately, it imported 54,000 contacts.....this was not my
intention but I obviously made a mistake...I intended to import about 200
contacts.
Outlook will not open properly now...it is overloaded and will not operate
properly.
