Importing Custom Dictionary & Autocorrect from Previous Version

Every time I upgrade Word (this time to 2003), I have to recreate the custom dictionary and autocorrect rules. Each time it gets more complicated. How can I just import these from my previous version and just start from where I left off? - JRH
