Importing data from Opera

I used to use Opera 7.54 and now I am going to be using Outlook 2003. I
wanted to export my contacts and mail from Opera 7 to Outlook 2003. Is there
an easy way to do this? Thank you for your help!

I think you have to use third party software to convert it. Here's one
example that i just tried and successfully imported all my opera contacts

Oh thank you thank you!! That did the trick for my contacts. I was hoping
there was way to import the emails but I'm not sure that's possible.
