Importing/Exporting in Outlook

I have just purchased a new computer and need to transfer
all my Outlook info(add. book, Inbox, folders, deleted
items, etc...)to my new computer. the only thing I have
been able to get is the address book, and it didnt
transfer my email addresses. Any input will be
appreciated.

OL mail and contacts contained in a *.pst file, this is a hidden file.
Copy *.pst to cd, then copy to hd, ensure read only flag is off, then open
pst in OL
