Importing PowerPoint notes

How do you import PowerPoint slides into a presentation so that the slides'
notes pages take on the template of the new PowerPoint file. Whenever I add
the slides they take on the slide template settings but not the notes
settiings.

Oh, man, I'm trying to remember how this works. I think if you use File|New,
and start a new file based on a template, the notes master will come along.
But if you apply a template to an existing PPT presentation, the notes
master doesn't come with.

You may want to ask this in the PPT newsgroup; someone there will probably
have a better memory than I. Until then, you may have to copy/paste from one
notes master to the other.

Oh, maybe try using Insert|Slides|From File. That may bring the notes master
along.
