Importing Report Coversheet (*.pub) into MSWord document

HI.
I've created a standard report coversheet template in publisher that I need
to use as the frot page of all my organisations reports. the problem being
that it doesn't copy easily as the document won't transpose into a word page
neatly. Any ideas?

Maybe it would be worth a try to save the
file in the JPEG or PNG image format.

save as JPEG or PNG?
