Can a PowerPoint file be imported into Publisher?

I'd like to create a report in Publisher that includes several Word documents
and a large PowerPoint file (in handout format). I've tried importing the
PowerPoint into Word, but the formatting options are too limited. Does anyone
know if PowerPoint files can be imported into Publisher and manipulated?

Have you compressed any graphics in the PowerPont file? That'll decrease the
file size.

If you are considering online then export all of the above to Google
docs also limited in options albeit different limitations therefore
may suite.

If you want to stay on the ground then consider tweak all native - and
convert to images or screen shot into images this can be very fast
albeit a little messy.

I find with publisher that it is an extremely fast and easy layout but
you have to have your assets ready to go - and Publisher(IMO)handles
images much faster than converts.
HTH.
