Importing to MSPS is re-calculating actuals can anyone help

Hello

We have been updating actual work to our schedules with a system called SAP
for 1/2 a year through another tool called PIV. We are now moving to the MSPS
tool and are trying to input our schedules using "Import project to
Enterprise".

What happens is when it gets to the following point...... Click ‘Yes’ to
allow Enterprise Standard Calendars AND Click ‘OK’ if receive message about
resources outside the original dates...........it re-calculates the actuals
that have been previously posted for the whole first half of the year. The
issue here is that we report to the client each week on the upcoming work and
the past actuals per week. The report is a 6 month look that includes a 3
month past look(Actuals) and a 3 month forward look(work).

Can anyone provide any way that we can keep the actuals EXACTLY as they were
input per day?

It does us no good to use these recalculated actuals as they were already
given to the client and show up on a 6 month report that has weekly buckets.

It sounds as though you're using Project Server. In which case, try posting
on the microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup. Please see FAQ Item: 24.
