Importing *.wab from 2000 to outlook 2003

How do I get my address book which is a *.wab file into outlook 2003?
Similarly, how do I get my calander over? Thanks

Outlook doesn't use a WAB while Outlook Express does...

Configure Outlook Express on the system with OL 2003 so that OE uses that
WAB and then import the contacts from OE with Outlook 2003.
