In a 1 hr task, I would like the tasks to show 1 hr for everyone .

In a 1 hr task, I would like the tasks to show 1 hr for everyone assigned the
task. How do I do this. Also in some situations the the Duration may be
several Days but for Work will be 1hr each day.

If the task's duration is 1 hour and you assign all the resources 100% in
one operation, each of them will get assigned 1 hour of work. If you assign
them by adding them individually in a sequence of several operations, for
the work to be replicated between them, make the task non-effort driven
before adding the assignments.

1 hour work a day corresponds to 12.5% units if the resources work an 8-hour
day. To have the resource(s) working 1 hour a day for 5 days, set the
duration to 5 days and the assignment units to 12.5%. The resulting work
will be 5 hours per resource, 1 hour per day.
