In MS Projects Change Working Time,new button not there wat to do.

In MS Projects, CHange in working time option, New Button is not present.So
cant able to create New working time..
please help us anybody in this issue.

Hello Jagadeesh ,
Aren't you using Project Server ?
If so, by default, that's only the administrator of Project Server who has
permissions to create new calendars
