Do you use AOL as your browser??
AOLs image compression "technology" has a tendency to blur images, as do the "compression"
utilities used by some ISPs to speed up download rates..

The site is www.turnedluck.org, it is the "The Pigeons" page. I also have
another site up which has the same problem but eith only one image on a page
of several.

I have MS OE for a browser. As I said one site has only one image impacted
by this problem, so I think it must be something I'm doing. I have tried
deleting and reloading images but that doesn't help.

This image -

is a 250x183px image that you are resizing on the HTML page -

<img border="0" src="3904.jpg" width="316" height="247">

That's why it's pixelated. You must resize those images before you place
them on the page. Never resize an image in the HTML.
