In my start menu the office toolbar option is not there

I would like to put the office toolbar on the side of my desktop like it used
to be, but I upgraded to office XP, and now that option is not where it was
in the start menu undermicrosoft office tools>microsoft office toolbar. Does
anyone know how I can get it back? Thank you in advance.

Add the Office Shortcut Bar feature to your installation by inserting
the CD and clicking on Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs |
Microsoft Office XP | Change | Add/Remove Features. You'll find Office
Shortcut Bar in the "Office Tools" category.
