In outlook 2003 I can send e-mail but not recieve

I've set up an outlook account in Outlook 2003 and it worked fine for a
couple of weeks. Now when recieving new messages it is asking me for a
password, but it is not accepting my password. I went to view or change
existing accounts to change the password. But when I hit "Test Account
Settings," it asks for the password and doesn't accept the password that I
just typed in. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help!
