I'll try to send a message and sometimes it won't send, it just sits in the
outbox. I happens with new messages, a messages I forward I found so far.
There doesn't seem to be anything bad inhte emails either.

How big are those e-mails that are sitting in your Outbox?

Do you have sending quotas with your e-mail provider? If so, are you
exceeding them, like mail sessions per minute, number of concurrent mail
sessions from the same IP address, size of e-mails, max number of
recipients per e-mail, max number of e-mails per day, max recipients per
day, consumption of disk quota on the mail server (if you are saving a
copy up on the server)?

Do you see an error in the progress dialog when you try to send those
e-mails? Do describe, summarize, paraphrase, or truncate the error
message. Show it in full (but munge out your username if present).

Do you have an anti-virus program installed? If so, have you yet tried
disabling its e-mail scanning function (for both inbound and outbound
e-mails)? Do you have other e-mail utilities installed that interrogate
your e-mail traffic, like anti-spam software?

I'm having this very issue. I'm running Office 2007, Exchange 2007 and
both Windows XP SP3 and Windows Vista Ultimate clients.

It's not always, and not all the employees, but happens quite often. I
don't use PSTs.

MS recommends decreasing the Sent Items folder size and disabling the
"Exchange Cached Mode" among others, but I haven't had any luck with
any of them.

Please keep us posted if you manage to get rid of this issue.

Regards.!

Yes it get a error message but I can never read it, when I click on it it
pops up fast and then closes on its own.

These are not big emails, sometimes just a few words like hi hows it going
and still won't go through. I have comcast and it is not in an exchange so
there are no email limits.

I even tried putting the person I was emialing to today in the safe senders
and it still wont' go through and that one just said I wasn testing.

I do have McAfee virus software. I'll try disabling but this doen't happen
with all emails and the emails can be a few works to ones with pictures that
get hung up. I just tried one of the emails again, small just a few words
really, and I put her email that I put in the safe senders list and stuff and
still problems.
