Publisher will use the "default browser" registered with your OS. You must
not have a default browser set with your OS. If you are using WinXP SP2 as
your OS you will have a 'set program defaults' under your Programs menu
where you can take care of that. If not then I refer you to the IE forum to
inquire as to how to register it as your default browser.
