In some sites View->Text Size doesn't work

On most web sites the View->Text Size -> Largest modifies the text. On few
it doesn't do anything.

Why?

Is there any solution for those?

Use relative font sizes such as EM or %.

All modern browsers can resize text on a web page *except* IE (when the text
is sized in pixels). You can change this by selecting (in IE) TOOLS |
Internet Options > Accessibility > Ignore font sizes specified on web pages.
