The Inbox folder under your Outlook Today folder? That's quite impressing as
it is a protected folder. See if it shows up as a subfolder of Deleted
Items. Are we talking about an Exchange mailbox or mail that is stored in a
pst-file.
You can restore the Inbox folder by;
Start-> Run; "path to outlook.exe" /resetfolders
