I sent this earlier but never saw it so I'm trying again. Sorry if you saw
it before.

Did MS make any change to the Include Page from 2000 to 2002?

In FP2002, without the SP 1, includes nested in includes can cause the page
to duplicate content. A service pack should be installed to the FPSE also,
but most ISP / WPPs have it already.
