incoming and outgoing mail server

I am trying to set up my outlook account. I can not proceed because it is asking me for the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server and the outgoing mail (SMTP) server. Can someone please help me with this problem.

You've got to get the addresses of your servers from your ISP. It's looking
for the URL of the mail servers. Should be something like
pop3.ISPName.com, or mailhost.att.net.
