I have Outlook 2002, for the last week people have been
trying to send me emails, and it keeps bouncing them back
saying my email inbox is full.(which its not) Can you
change the capacity that it will allow? Thanks in
Advance.

I am getting the same thing on my Outlook and I know it's not full. It is giving me "Bounce Notice" that says ...A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced) because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded

It just started today (5/12) I wonder if it's some kind of new virus?

If there is a limit it's been set by your mail administrator or your ISP.
Is this a corporate mail system or are you connecting via some ISP like
Earthlink or ?
