Incoming mail

I have outlook set up to recieve all incoming mail. So for instance (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed) etc. comes in to one account. I would like to be able to specify only certain emails addresses to come in instead of all (e-mail address removed).

Are the addresses all aliases of the same mailbox on the ISP's server? Are
they defined as multiple accounts in Outlook? What version of Outlook?
