incorrect parameter

I have a user who receives a message when he deletes a
message from his inbox that says the parameter is
incorrect.
I think it is happening on messages that have been
forwarded to him but I am not positive.
We are using Outlook 2002sp3 with Exchange 2000
Any comments on this would be appreciated
