indenting bullets

I've tried to find some way to make all the lines of a
bulleted list indented the same, but can't - only the
first line of each bullet is indented, the subsequent ones
line up with the bullet itself. Anyone know how to change
that?
thanks!

What version?
On the toolbar, format, Indents and lists, adjust the indent list by:
You also can use the horizontal tabs on the ruler.

I'm using 2002. I think my problem comes from cutting the
block of bulleted text from Word, and pasting it in
publisher. I've tried rewriting it in publisher from
scratch, and it gives me the indent options you describe.
thanks!

The other thing that causes problems for some users is adding additional
lines under a particular bullet without making a new bullet. In order to
make these lines indent, all that is necessary is to press Shift+Enter. This
will cause a new line and not a new paragraph (bullet). Turning on display
special characters - CTRL+SHIFT+Y - helps to see how a document is being
formatted.
