In the document I am working with, I am using the \t switch to reference text
and not page numbers. I want these text references to be listed according to
their placement in the document, i.e.:
Company.......Introductory paragraph, 4.2(a), 4.2(b), Exhibit A, Exhibit B,
Exhibit C

What I am actually getting is:
Company.....Exhibit C, Exhibit B, Exhibit A, 4.2(a), 4.2(b), Introductory
paragraph

Any ideas about how I could re-order these?

Unfortunately, I don't see a way to do what you are asking. Word seems
to list the items more or less arbitrarily. :-(
