Infopath cannot load the view

Hi. When I select New Blank Form from the task pane, Design a Form, I
receive error: InfoPath cannot load the view. The view may have been
modified to contain unsupported HTML such as frames. This seemed to occur
after update 920103, even though I already had SP3 installed. I completely
uninstalled InfoPath, reinstalled, and installed SP3. I still receive the
error. Please help.

There is something in your form which it does not like. I do not think it is
an InfoPath issue.

Is this browser based?

I would try exporting your form to source files and recompile it by
designing the manifest file in the source files.

Otherwise you may have to go to backup or try to find the html issue.

I am getting the same error message when I try to open any form in
infopath, not just a blank one. These are not web-based: I'm opening
them off of my computer. Any suggestions?
