Infopath Formula based Hyperlinks?

I need to make a form with hyperlilnks that go to a certain page based on a
formula calculated by the responses put in by the person using the form, and
I need it to work when published online. Is that possible with InfoPath? If
yes, How? If not... any recommendations as to how I can do it?
