inline frame

How do I make a page that work like this?
Example:
Index page with left frame and inline frame frame. The
left frame has button links. I want to have the buttons
change the inline frame to other pages with in the index
page.

revise I do not have left frame its a cell the only frame
is the inline frame. Which has a initail page news. I have
othe button like links and contacts. I want the inline
frame to switch to the information on links if the links
button is clicked or the contacks information if the
contacts button is click. all with in the index page where
the inline frame is.
