Insert a Website with flash animation in PPT

I am working on a PPT to discuss the differences in website construction. I
will not have net access during the presentation. I need more than a
screenshot. I need to insert a webpage (built in Dreamweaver) that has some
animation - a sun increases in brightness and then fades. Can I get the
animation to run within PPT and NOT be linked to the internet?

Steve suggesting LIVE web addin when you say you have no internet access may
sound strange at first. What may not be obvious is it will run the webpages
from your harddrive where you created them.
