insert item

Hi there! I used to attach emails as attachment using the
insert|item option. However, when I use word as the
editor, this menu option no longer appears. Is there a
way of making it re-appear? Thanks in advance.

There should be a paperclip icon on the toolbar, and there should be a
down arrow next to the icon. Click the down arrow and you'll find the
Item option there.
