Inserting a special function

E

Elizabeth

I have a spreadsheet to catalog my company's inventory
that includes column headings like "product" "pallet
weight" "warehouse location", etc. I need to know how can
I get Excel to remove one of the rows in my original
spreadsheet automatically and transfer it to a different
spreadsheet when an entry is typed into a certain cell?
In other words, when I enter a date into my column
named "shipped date" I want Excel to remove that row and
transfer it to an archive spreadsheet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your input!
