Inserting Flash animations into PowerPoint

Is is possible to insert Flash animations or movies into
PowerPoint? If it is, what is required to make it work?

Hi there.
Yes It is possible.
But it is not easy to explain due to I have korean version
Insert movie : ALT + i,v,f
