inserting group of pics - all with same borders

Hi. Is there a way to insert pics with a default setting for borders? I put
a lot of xrays into my presentation and would like a way to bring them in all
with the same borders (and other attributes). I doubt it matters, but I am
using 2004 on a Mac. Thanks.
